Appétit Go is an online grocery store offering a variety of products, including ready-to-eat meals, grocery products and baby food. We’re committed to providing quality, healthy and tasty options for the whole family. Whether you’re looking for convenient, time-saving meals or essential ingredients for cooking, you’ll find everything you need on our platform.
We list all ingredients on each of our dishes. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no trace of other ingredients, such as allergens.
As in all food preparation establishments, there is always a risk of cross-contamination, even if we do our best to minimize it. Allergens are mentioned both on the website, in the product sheets, and on the labels of delivered products, with the mention “Contains”.
You’ll find many brands, such as Tout Cuit, Fruits de Mer du Québec, Passion de la Mer, Passion Bistro, Martin Desserts, La Mère Poule, Belov, Pizza Gaulois, and many more. Whether you’re looking for practical meals or essential ingredients for cooking, you’ll find everything you need on our platform.
Orders
It’s so easy! First, choose the products you’d like to order. Once you’ve made your purchase, click on the shopping cart icon to see the earliest possible delivery date, and enter a note for the delivery person if necessary. You can choose a delivery date later than the one indicated by clicking on the date: you’ll see a calendar where you can select another delivery day. You can then proceed to payment, and that’s it!

Enter the promotional code in the box provided at checkout. Be sure to enter the exact code provided.
Delivery
For orders of $140 or more, delivery is completely free; otherwise, the delivery charge is $16.
We deliver in Quebec, Ontario and Maritimes provinces.
Our boxes are specially designed to ensure that your food stays frozen until you need it again. Each box is fitted with effective insulation and contains ice packs, including dry ice, to keep your frozen meals in perfect condition for up to 48 hours. We recommend placing meals directly into the freezer after retrieval to ensure optimum quality.
If your delivery is delayed until the following day for reasons beyond our control, you will receive an update on the status of your delivery via your tracking number. Our insulated boxes are designed to keep your food frozen for up to 48 hours.
Our delivery partners are responsible for depositing your order in a secure location. You can also track the status of your delivery in real time using our tracking system. Don’t hesitate to make a note in the “ORDER SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS” box in the shopping cart to give the delivery driver any instructions (access code, where to leave the parcel in case of absence, etc.).
We deliver on Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Order from Tuesday to Friday evening for Sunday delivery.
- Order from Saturday to Sunday evening for delivery on Tuesday.
- Order on Monday for delivery on Wednesday.
Payment
Please check your card information to ensure that you have entered the correct details.
If this does not work, you can contact our customer service department. However, please note that we do not accept payments over the phone.
Rewards
The Appétit Go rewards program lets you earn points with every purchase, which you can redeem for discounts or special offers on future orders.
You can register by creating an account on our website. Once your account is created, you will be automatically enrolled in the rewards program.
There are several ways to accumulate points. You earn 30 points for every dollar you spend. You earn points when you register. You also earn points on your birthday. To find out more, please visit our rewards program page and subscribe to our newsletter.
You can check your points balance by logging into your account on our website. Your dashboard will show the total of your accumulated points.
When you’re ready to redeem your points. You will have the option to apply your points to your order at checkout.
No, points are linked to your account and cannot be transferred to other users.
