• Once an order has been placed, it can only be cancelled and refunded if the cancellation request is made before the products are shipped. The customer will be notified by e-mail at the time of shipment.
• AppétitGO meals are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the case of organizational or transportation errors.
• Customers should be aware of the allergens listed as “Contains” at the bottom of the ingredient list on each product sheet. We do not recommend consuming AppétitGO products if you suffer from a severe allergy.
• Nutritional information and ingredients listed are based on our most current data. However, as this data may vary from time to time, the information may differ from that shown on the Nutrition Facts table printed on the products sold.*.
• We cannot guarantee that there will be no trace of another ingredient, such as an allergen. Allergens are listed both on the website and on the label of each product delivered. Informing us that you are allergic to a product does not guarantee that the product does not contain or has not been in contact with an allergen.

Availability on site

The products shown on the website are available in stock. However, the website reflects product availability at the time of the most recent inventory update.

Order cancellation or modification

It is possible to cancel a recent order if it is pending at the online order processing center. Unfortunately, if your order is complete and shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it and you will not be able to return the merchandise. Gift cards are non-refundable.
